RECORDING SECRETARY- writes and maintains official record of activities of the Town of Hartland, including Town Board meeting minutes, responsible for posting and publishing Legal Notices of the town.
RECORDS MANAGEMENT OFFICER - custodian of all town records.
REGISTRAR OF VITAL STATISTICS - records and issues marriage, birth, death and burial permits.

THE TOWN CLERK'S OFFICE PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING:
New York State Conservation Licenses, Handicap Parking Permits, New York State Marriage Licenses, New York State Dog Licenses, and Notary Public Services.
